Recognizing Bias in the Civil Justice System

On Friday, October 23, 2020 from 1:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m., EKO Law and the Katharine and George Alexander Community Law Center at Santa Clara Law hosted a panel discussion on the dollars and cents impact of bias in the civil justice system on litigants of color. Speakers included Broderick Brown, Elizabeth Riles, and Ché Hashim. Kevin Osborne, of EKO Law, was moderator.

The Program offered 1 hour of free Elimination of Bias MCLE credit for all California lawyer attendees.
