UC Healthcare Worker Wage Theft

For years, nurses, physician's assistants, and other healthcare workers at hospitals in the University of California healthcare system have been facing grueling shifts, skipping rest breaks they're legally entitled to, and clocking extra hours they weren't paid for. Meanwhile UC hospitals raked in revenue by breaking California labor law and shortchanging the very workers keeping the system running.

These aren't minor oversights. They're systematic violations affecting frontline healthcare workers who sacrifice their own well-being for others. California law is clear: healthcare workers deserve every penny they earn. UC apparently thought it could play by different rules.

EKO Law is fighting back on behalf of these workers, demanding accountability and compensation. UC may run a massive healthcare empire, but that doesn't put them above the law. It's time they paid up.

If you have information about wage theft from workers at UC medical facilities, we want to talk.
