Greystar Residents Required to Use Fetch

EKO is investigating property management giant Greystar in connection with complaints from residents that the company is re-routing their packages through a service called Fetch. Fetch stores packages until residents make arrangements for delivery. Residents report Fetch was introduced as convenient and free. But in reality, Fetch causes delay and confusion, provides none of the convenience it advertises, and residents are eventually required to pay a monthly fee.

If you live at a property managed by Greystar, and have had problems with Fetch, contact an EKO attorney.
